A vegetarian diet can lower risks for many illnesses, help reduce carbon footprint, animal cruelty, and improve climate change. 

We welcome beginners and little chefs to join Bloom Can Cook! We challenge you to create a tasty vegetarian lunch to inspire your peers to eat and cook more healthily and sustainably.

Students can only use vegan ingredients. You are allowed to use plant-based proteins such as "OmniFood" or "Impossible Meat!".

素食習慣不但可以降低疾病風險,也能夠幫助自然環境,例如:減少碳足印排放及虐待動物的情況、緩解氣候變化等等。

無論是初學者還是小廚藝大師,你都可以參加 Bloom Can Cook! 烹飪比賽。今年的比賽主題是製作一道素食午餐,希望藉此激勵其他同學在廚藝和飲食上可以更健康,為地球和可持續性發展努力。

學生在製成品當中只能夠用純素食材,並不能包含肉類、家禽、海鮮或奶製品。學生可以使用植物仿肉,當中包括「Omni」、「Impossible Meat!」等素肉品牌。

Competition Process 比賽流程

  1.  ENTER THE COMPETITION!
    Fill out the form below to sign up to compete.
    Entry period: Mar 5 - Apr 20, 2023

  2. BEGIN CREATING YOUR GREEN LUNCHBOX!
    Record a 3 minute cooking video (English or Putonghua, upoload to Facebook and submit URL, tag @bloomacademyhk, and use the hashtags #BloomCanCook2023 & #BloomKKCAAcademy).
    Submission deadline: Apr 30, 2023
  3. RESULTS ANNOUNCED!
    The results will be announced through social media and email on May 15, 2023.

  4. PRIZE CEREMONY! 
    Join our prize ceremony at Bloom KKCA Academy on June 10, 2023 and collect your gift!
All participants will have a certificate of participation.

  3. 公布結果!
    評審團討論並評分後,我們會發出電郵並在社交媒體上公報結果。公報日期: 2023年5月15日。 

  4. 頒獎典禮
    恭喜得獎人士!在2023年6月10日來到百卉九江書院參加頒獎典禮並領取你的禮物!

所有參加者會獲得參賽證書。
